Sign Up Flow Redesign

I am a huge fan on FFXIV. I've been playing since 2014 and the sign up page has stayed the same since then. I thought it was time for an update.

The Problem

The current sign up flow for Final Fantasy 14 is clunky and in desperate need for a redesign. The two user flows are cramped together and the long form creates an overwhelming amount of info for what should be a simple and easy sign up.

The Solution

Divide the sign up process into two unique experiences, streamlining the sign up for two different types of users.
